Well & Pump Service
We service all brands of water pumps and pressure tanks and stock most parts needed to get your system working again the day of repairs. Our network of suppliers provide us same day service for parts we may not have in stock. You may bring your pump to our shop for repairs or testing at our pump test station or we will bring our equipment to your home to make well & pump repairs.
Our hoist trucks are fully stocked with parts for most well repairs and can remove your pump or jet assembly from your well and make the necessary repairs to get you back in service the same day. All our service trucks carry fiberglass mats for under the tires to minimize damage to your lawn. We also have truck mounted high capacity air compressors to clean scale from older wells to protect your new pump from damage. If your well is not accessible by truck we will utilize lightweight portable pump pulling equipment to service your well.
Constant Pressure Pumping Systems.
We can retrofit your existing ½ HP thru 150 HP 3/Wire submersible pumps with Constant Pressure Controls to supply consistent water pressure to your home at up to 70 psi. If you have a 2/Wire pumping system or just plain need more water pressure at your home or business we can retrofit your existing 3” thru 12” diameter well with a larger submersible pump and Constant Pressure Controls so you can have “city water” like water pressure out of your existing well.
Geothermal Open Loop Systems
We can test your existing pumping system to see if it is producing enough water to supply a geothermal furnace and if the current design meets the unique demands of a geothermal open loop system. If you need more water we will test your well for capacity potential and install a larger submersible pump and variable speed pump control system so your water system will be properly set up to operate a geothermal system at peak efficiency and protect your pumping system from unnecessary wear.
Water Line Repair
We specialize in water line replacement and repairs and have our own trenching equipment for fast response when you encounter leaking U.G. pipelines. We utilize specialized equipment to install water lines under existing walkways, drives, decks, and landscape. Our goal is maximum service with minimum impact to your property. We provide evening and weekend emergency service to repair U.G. waterline leaks.
Well Abandonments
All wells that are no longer in service need to be properly abandoned per Michigan DEQ specifications. We have the hoist trucks and grouting equipment to properly abandon wells with bentonite or cement grout. Whether it is a 1 ¼ diameter stab well in a basement or a 3 foot diameter dug well that’s 100 years old we have the right equipment plug your out or service well. Our goal is for all abandoned wells to be properly plugged and documented with the DEQ to protect our groundwater and our customer’s safety for years to come.
Temporary Water Supply Systems
We provide portable water tankers with on-board pumping systems to provide your home with “a temporary water supply” during extended “no water conditions” that you may experience during major well repair or well replacement.
Downhole Camera
We provide camera surveys for 3” to 12” diameter wells through 500’ in depth. We’ll even leave you with a souvenir DVD taken by our camera to commemorate our journey down your well. We can take the guesswork out of difficult well problems and help you find solutions.
Well Rehabilitation
We specialize in bringing your existing well, that is no longer producing adequate water capacity, back to “like new” performance. We’re experts at well screen replacement in 2” thru 4” diameter cased wells. We also provide acid treatment for cleaning of existing well screens using the latest chemistry available. We have stainless brushes for cleaning stubborn scale from well casing. Our service hoist has air lift capabilities for agitation of acid treated well screens and to clean scale and rust from your well to get maximum results. We utilize acid neutralizing chemicals upon completion of the job to protect the environment.
Well Chlorination
Our expertise and techniques used in our well chlorinations will help you achieve bacteria free water samples from your well. We provide prompt service on well chlorinations for mortgage evaluations and can usually obtain laboratory certified clean samples after chlorinations within 48 hours. We utilize tank trucks for bulk chlorination, or hoist equipment with compressors for complete well cleaning. We employ the latest products to adjust the PH in your well to get maximum biocide effectiveness out of our chlorinations.
System Winterization
System Winterization of your water system for seasonal water systems. Give us a call and make sure your system is properly drained and winterized and we will activate it in the spring for you so it’s ready to go when you arrive.
