Showed up and fixed the problem the day I called!

We live in the older house and one night our well pump stop working. I contact the company at 9 pm and they get back to me right away! Next morning they came over and fixed it in 15 minutes. We got our water back by 9.15 am. Fast, responsive, professional!

This place is a shining example of what a business should be! You only call them if you're having a problem with your water (which is never good). They have been our heroes twice since moving into our house and have always addressed any concerns I may have. Add them to the list of people you can count on in Caledonia! I need to add a newer update.. This time is like to thank Denise from Buer Well in Caledonia. She's the real boss! The whole shop is busier than ever and after sensing the stress in my voice today, she made magic happen. Sometimes something small to one person is a huge blessing to another! Thank you Denise and Jamie for getting it done!

My well pump stopped working at the beginning of the holiday weekend. Called Buer for help and they quickly responded. Andrew diagnosed the problem and had the parts needed to get the water flowing again. Grateful to have this family run business nearby!

Had a well that was 32 years old that was leaking. I called them and the next day they were out. Replaced the pump and tank in less than 4 hours. It wasn’t inexpensive, but they do outstanding work!
